What is piles?!

So I know piles is when your anu$ comes “out”
but is that all it is?

I think I still have it but it’s totally painless and only pops out after having a #2.
got mine during labour unfortunately
was apparently meant to fix itself but I’m wondering what’s going on now.

It’s not your anus coming out, it’s swollen lumps that protrude out of your anus, and you can also have internal piles.
Ive had them for 20+ years since I had my first child, and frequently have to put cream on them.

Piles are swollen blood vessels around your anus. They can also be internal although some internal ones can sometimes protude externally.

They can cause bleeding, itching and pain. I had banding done on some internal ones and currently have an external one

Piles are varicose veins in your back passage, that swell and pop out.

Piles (haemorrhoids) are lumps inside and around your bottom (anus).

they are varicose veins at the anus. if they are small enough they can be pushed back in. try not to push when you go for pooh. if they are painful you can put a small ice pack on them to decrease the blood supply. that might also make them easier to go back in.

Knowledge is power and can be helpful to understanding the condition.
Mr Google might be a starting point or your Doctor.
There are Over The Counter (OTC) remedies from a pharmacist too.

Germaloids really helps.

I dont find that the pile creams or suppositories make much difference tbh
