My sitches feel tight

Hi all! I'm 6 days postpartum and my stitches almost feel tight? My partner has looked at them, and says there's no bleeding, but they just almost feel tight when I try and sit down? When I'm just lying they throb a little, just wondering If it's normal really. Tia! X

I don’t know how many you had OP but mine also felt like this! The perineal ones in particular, I think it was all the swelling and for me took a good month, maybe more before they stopped feeling tight! Never hurts to ask the midwife to check if you’re still under midwife care, but it was normal in my case :) x
