Leaking a tiny bit after I pee - Hypertonic pelvic floor

I’m nearly a year postpartum after an emergency C section. I still leak a tiny bit of pee about 20 seconds after I stand up from the toilet after doing a wee. It’s the tiniest drop in my knickers, but I hate it. It has improved I think as it doesn’t always happen and the amount is usually just a tiny drop (like a 2mm long patch or something, like really small). But it really bothers me. It really stresses me out and I want it to stop. I feel so bad and demoralised about it. I went to see a Physio who specialises in pelvic health and she diagnosed me with hypertonic pelvic floor and taught me how to relax it so I can pee fully. But it’s still happening. Am I alone with this?

Before standing up from the loo lean forward - that helps me fully empty my bladder down to the last drops ❤️

Sorry I know you posted this like three months ago, but how are you getting on? I'm 3 & a half months post partum and am having this exact problem! Always as I'm walking out the bathroom after peeing!

Also - I've just had a Google of the symptoms. Have you had any pain during sex? I have, and some pelvic pain and I'm now wondering if it's all connected as it's all mentioned in the symptoms. So glad I found your thread because of been wondering what was going on with me 🙈
