I have been suffering with girdle pain since I was around 22 months pregnant, doctors midwives and mums said it would go with the birth but here I am with a 16 month baby and sometimes debilitating hip pain (one side) I'm around 9 stone and a size 10 and I do core exercises every day, I try to walk and cycle when the pain allows. I very much have good days where I hardly notice it but then I can just move in the wrong way pushing a trolly or getting out of bed then the pain is back to how it was when I was pregnant, I've tried chiropractic care, physio therapy and been to about four clinics, also tried acupuncture.
I lead a very physical life as I am on a farm and my job is very physical, by the end of the day I sometimes can't walk.
Is there anyone else out there that can share their experiences, does it ever get better?
