Travelling after c section recommendations

Does anyone have any recommendations for pillows/cushions to help with travelling home/ passenger journeys after section surgery? I’m worried the seatbelt will be too uncomfortable.

Yes I just brought in a ‘flatter’ cushion from living room to go home with. I think i put it in between my stomach and the seatbelt and held onto it.
