Hi all

My daughter is now 20m, sleeps okayish but with me doing shift work part time I feel absolutely exhausted and seem to wake up more tired than when i went to bed. Just seeing if there is anything people have done thats helped them? I’m currently taking vitamin D and folic acid which was shown in a blood test before christmas (had another blood test since but came back satisfactory)

thanks

Parenting is exhaustive a lot of the time, as you're never really "off duty". Do you have a partner to share the load?

exercise? socialising? what is your diet like?

Iron supplements
Cut out sugar
Split night wakings with partner (if there is one)
Split the mental load equitably with partner. It’s the mental load that exhausts me

Hi all

My partner helps alot i think its more the mental side that is draining

I am thinking of starting pilates and improving my diet..I dont eat terribly but could be improved.

It doesnt help my girls sleep seems to be getting worse! I feel worse now than when she was a newborn
