C Section Incision at 6 Weeks PP - Cellulitis? Normal?

Hello! I’m 6 weeks postpartum tomorrow, third baby, second c-section.
With the first section the area healed great but having some issues this time around.

Following some on off gushes of blood I was put on Augmentin 500g x 3 times a day.
They also confirmed a small infected area on the c-section incision, this was around 2.5 weeks PP. Things improved following the course of antibiotics.
A few days after finishing the course bleeding returned but not as bad…still getting spotting on and off but it could well be a funny first period.

Anyway! Now part of the pubic area just below the c-section incision is raised, red, and with an irregular texture - it’s also tender. The incision itself has never looked too good to me. The area where the infection was is still a tiny bit open and there’s now a bit of red around some of site and some parts are a little bumpy, dark purple, something black even protruded from it but I managed to clip it off with scissors 🤢
An OB looked at the wound on Friday and said it was fine, that it looked good 🤔
She said it was post infection inflammation, that there was no infection and to stop taking the second course of antibiotics that my GP prescribed (who thought I had cellulitis). I know I should probably trust the professionals opinion but I can’t help but feel something’s amiss!? Has anyone else experienced this, is it actually normal although not ideal?

I’m assuming the black thing was suture.
I think you should see another GP. You may well have infection inside.
‘Does the red area feel hot ?
