Hi there,

If you or your partner, or someone you know, is a new parent and is finding things perhaps a little bit difficult or different to how they expected then and if you're in Bromley, Lewisham or Greenwich there are free services to support you.

Mindful Mums and Being Dad offer a range of services from befriending schemes, to weekly online drop-ins, to 5-week wellbeing groups with other new parents. We support all parents and we're here for you.

We have groups for BAME parents, LGBTQ+ parents, young mums (16-22), groups for all mums and groups for dad.

If you're looking for a way to connect to other new parents, locally, or just want a bit of support and somewhere safe to go with your baby then find out more about us and how we can help.
