Hi,

I have an 18m old and am feeling more tired now than i did when she was a newborn despite her sleeping through most nights. I work shift work which doesnt help but just seeing if anyone has any tips. Ive had bloods done which came back folic acid and vit D which im taking supplements for but i still feel the same after taking them for 6 months x

@Chans11 if you've had bloods done and you're taking the supplements as instructed, I think I'd go back to the GP.

Is there a chance it could be PND causing the extreme tiredness?

Thanks for you reply. I have tried to go back to GP however they didnt seem bothered as my bloods were satisfactory last time. I am hoping a change of diet may help me

I dont think PND however i did have quite a stressful time when i was 7m pregnant as i lost my dad to cancer so ive had alot of mental strain over the past 2 years which i think may be linked to the tiredness.

Having a child that young and working is absolutely exhausting

I know it might not be useful but how is your diet? Processed junk food is a killer on your already tired mind and body

Losing your DF when you were PG must have been particularly painful. Do you think that some grief counselling might help you to process it? Flowers
