I'm 6 months pp and still havnt had a normal solid poo. Is this pelvic floor related? I had a forceps and episiotomy which left me urinary incontinent (thats another story) but I cant figure out why my bowels are loose. I have to go urgently every morning. Only once a day but worried when I go back to work or when I'm not home.

Anyone else experience this?

Thank you for replying. Do you mind me asking what exercises you’ve been doing? I’m terrified mines because of something sinister, although so far all tests have come back fine x
