Help- I've had 4 vaginal births & although I did my pelvic floor exercises (sporadically) I need to improve my pelvic floor. I wear Tena lights most days as an overzealous cough, sneeze or laughing fit can cause drips but I'm also feeling that sex could be improved.
Any recommendations for apps, gadgets, tools that you've used and found helpful?
Thanks in advance

The NHS Squeezy app is fantastic (and free!)

I really rate the Perifit Care +. I've seen a massive improvement in my pelvic floor dysfunction since using it. The customer service team are brilliant too!
