looking at finding ways of reducing or stopping going for a wee in the night 🙈
without fail most nights im waking around 2/3am to go for a wee and that’s even with going to the toilet at 10pm before bed and stopping drinking after 7pm.
I find it hard sometimes to go back to sleep and it’s leaving me still feeling tired the next day
any tips?? - haha I never used to be like this before having my LG who is now 12 months old.
