I was thinking about getting a bee hotel for DGC. I had one years ago but no bees were interested in moving in. I don’t want to get something that is likely to be disappointing although I understand there are no guarantees but is there anything I need to know? Any recommendations for houses/hotels and tips to attract bees to them? DS and family live in Essex and the garden I think is South facing with no shade in the afternoons and in hot weather it’s boiling.
