Feels weird down below

I'm almost 6 months pp and for the past 2 weeks I have a weird feeling in my vagina. It feels full, like there's something in there like a ping pong ball.
I can't see anything massively abnormal but it feels lumpy on the front wall. I thought it might be a prolapse but I had a smear yesterday and the nurse said there is no prolapse. She said there is a bumpy bit at the vaginal entrance and it's normal. There is definitely a bumpy ridged bit there that wasn't there before.

Has anybody had anything similar? This is my 2nd vaginal delivery and I didn't have this 1st time round.
It feels uncomfortable but not painful.

I had a similar feeling 1 week postpartum and assumed I had a prolapse but the midwife checked me and couldn't see anything. I've since been doing my pelvic floors 3 times a day on the Squeezy app and am now nearly 6 weeks postpartum and I wouldn't say I feel completely normal down below yet but I feel so much better than I did to the point that I barely think about it anymore.

It's felt better in the last couple of days so maybe it was just a bit of swelling or something.
