I got my bloods done just before christmas and was told i am lacking in Vit D and Folate which i now take supplements for. I had them redone and they came back fine however i still feel like sh*te! Any advice please?

Have you had your thyroid checked ?

How much sleep do you get? Lack of sleep has a huge impact on the immune system.
If your baby is in nursery at all this goes on for about another 2 years but does eventually improve

I aim for approx 8hrs but does depend on if little one decides to wake in that time or not

No advice but just to say I feel the same. My child started nursery 6 months ago and since then we've had nothing but illness in the household and my husband and I just feel crap the majority of the time. I've had a lingering virus for the whole of March and tested for covid dozens of times with it and got negatives. Husband has had recurring chest infections. It all leads back to nursery! I'd definitely speak to the GP again. Hope you start to feel less tired soon
