Flipping in tummy!

Flipping in stomach!

So my little girl turns two years old 18.01.2023 and since she was about 6-8 months old I have experienced the weird flipping sensation. I haven’t met anyone else have this problem since having an emergency c section which makes me nervous.. I also had my gallbladder removed 5 months after my c section but this flipping is much lower down.

I’ve had my bloods done with the drs and they want to discuss this with me on 20.1.23 and I had an ultrasound scan done today which was on my abdomen and also a transvaginal scan to which she said she is forwarding the results to my dr and wants me to call back in 7-10 days to discuss results.

I will post an update as I go along. Has anyone else experienced it? I can literally feel it flip all the way over and it takes my breath away, I can’t stand up straight I have to be careful cause it feels really tight and like it’s tugging I wouldn’t say it’s painful but it only happened once. Since then I’ve felt it try to flip but managed to catch it before it fully flips. It’s now started to make me feel sick after it happens. But something as simple as tying a shoe lace whilst bent over or in the bath I bend forward to shave the bottom half of my leg and it tries to flip!

It was becoming more frequent but has now settled down a bit luckily.. Has anyone been seen and actually had a diagnosis?

I have seen a lot of people saying it’s on their left side and feels like it’s in the rib cage or affects their chest but mine is on the right side and much lower down, DR said the area I pointed it out was more bowel/ovary related.

I have a similar thing post 2 CS's. My womb area feels like it twists when I bend over or am in certain positions. Almost like twisting a towel inside of me. It literally takes my breath away.

If I don't change position quickly, I feel like it would just keep twisting.
I've mentioned it to so many health professionals and been dismissed, so I am very interested in what they say to you.

Good luck!

Aw no I’m sorry you haven’t received the right help to get answers! And I will absolutely keep the post updated. I did get updated that it’s my iron that they wish to discuss so don’t think that is related but we will see haha! X

I have had similar experiences. Or maybe not, it feels like a certain area of my stomach/sides/under ribs feels like something is twisting or maybe cramping up! I have to move positions to stop it fully flipping???

Just wondering if you managed to get to the bottom of your symptoms?
