Weak pelvic floor

Hi,
i had my baby 10 months ago and I’ve been ok since very early on with regards to my pelvic floor. I’ve not had to rush to the toilet etc had no leaking. But all that has changed now that I have this awful cough going around. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks and I’m at the point where I’m having to wear incontinence pads all the time. Is this fairly normal? And if not, who do I see about it? Just my usual GP?
Thanjs for any help, sorry if this is tmi

Check out the Squeezy app. Yes is normal but you don’t need to put up with it and shouldn’t. GP can refer you to physio. Regular pelvic floor exercises make a huge difference and given you’ve been ok before coughing is likely all you need.
