Labia stretched and sensitive after episiotomy

I’m 6 weeks PP and my episiotomy scar is healed well, but I’m concerned the way I’m stitched is going to cause issues. I feel like I’ve been stitched very tightly - it all looks neat and is healed well but my inner labia have been pulled down much tighter than they were before and keep getting randomly red and swollen from the friction of underwear or pads, as if they’re more sensitive because of the skin being pulled tighter. Had antibiotics from the GP for this once as he suspected an infection but it’s happened again. Also my clitoris is more concealed than it was and it feels tender, like it’s getting squashed. Have a check up with the GP in the NY but wanted to see if anyone had experienced the same and could give advice?
