No period 3 months PP

I have been exclusively formula feeding my baby since the day he was born, he's nearly 3 months old and I still haven't had a period. My lochia stopped around 5 weeks pp. When did everyone else get their periods after birth? Should I be worried?

Mine came back both times after 6 weeks exactly.

Have you been sexually active? Sorry to be blunt. Just wondering whether there's possibility of pregnancy?

No I haven't, I have been waiting for my periods to come back before I start my pill so have been holding off on sex

@gmh27 hi this is happening to me now baby is 12 weeks tomorrow and no period just pink spotting occasionally. Wondering when your period returned?

Heya hun, mine came back I think around 15 weeks before he turned 4 months. It feels like ages waiting doesn't it! I'm 10 month pp now and still very irregular so I think these things just take time x
