Letdown causes tingle on nerve on leg.

Hi, when I breastfeed and letdown occurs I get a tingle in a nerve which starts at the groin then goes down my leg and to the side of my knee. It happens on the same side as whichever boob I'm feeding with. At first I thought I had about in my trousers. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this as I can't find any evidence online that it's a thing.

I used to get this, except it was a feeling in my back. But only for one out of three babies.

Thanks @HumphreyCobblers I wonder how common it is. I wish there was more information about it online.

I know less than nothing about post-natal health, but there's something called 'referred itch' or 'referred sensation' where you feel a stimulus in one part of your body in another part. I get it too - when I get my legs waxed I can feel it in my back. Not sure if this is what you have but it's pretty common.
