Hi all my baby is 3 months old and I have noticed recently my hair is falling out and my hairline receding too (which is a whole other thread!!) I've accepted the hair will likely grow back but it's made me realise I should probably have been taking some vitamins/supplements, any in particular which I should be having post natal?? Or even better specific to help my hair? My diet isn't the best to be honest but it's so hard with a LO.

Further info if helpful is I already stated taking biotin for my hair but not taking any other supplements. Also I have high blood pressure (pre eclampsia during PG but high BP still hasn't gone away- again a whole other thread!!)

Thanks xx

I'm not sure I would at this stage take a pregnancy related one and just get yourself a good multivitamin but it will take a while to see any benefit.

Agree with the PP about vitamins.

I'm sorry that your BP hasn't gone down either. Have you tried anything like yoga or meditation? That usually helps mine Flowers

Surely yoga and medication can't permanently reduce blood pressure if it was brought on my pregnancy ? Or maybe it can Confused great idea anyway though but with my baby I barely have time to eat or shower lol xx
