Cough, colds, constantly sick

Hello,
Im just wondering if anyone else has been suffering with being constantly constantly sick since giving birth? My DD is 5 months old and since she was born we’ve both had a sore throat, cold, covid and another cold? Is this normal, I feel completely and utterly wiped out and as soon as we get over one thing something else seems to get us.
I keep us busy, going for walks, baby groups, meeting up with friends and I can’t help but think this is my fault but at the same time I don’t want to become a recluse, I want to make the most of maternity leave before going straight back to work!
The news doesn’t help with frightening me to death about RSV and step A, I feel like I should just stay in the house to keep us safe!

Unfortunately once you get a little one, I think it's pretty normal, especially as we're heading into winter. Do you think a good Vitamin supplement might help? I've read that you being low in Iron can affect immunity.
