Hello I have recently gradually decreased the amount of pumping sessions I do as my baby is much more settled on anti reflux formula.
My right breast is very lumpy and sore. It feels bruised almost. It isn't hot and doesn't look red. I feel very tired but nothing more. I have phoned by gp but they won't see me and I have work tomorrow. I have tried pumping it and massaging it and also warm compress but no relief. Any advice please ?

How are you now @EllieM103?

EllieM103 · 27/11/2022 19:44

@PritiPatelsMaker hi thank you for asking I'm so much better!

@frenchie4002 the ibuprofen worked perfectly and I think my milk is no going, thanks so much for advice.

It's a good and bad feeling all at once. I feel so much freer not having to pump every 2 to 3 hours, waking up through the night etc. But I also feel selfish for not continuing...

If you want/need your supply to drop them take some decongestants - it's one of the side effects
