Hello, I gave birth to my second baby yesterday morning.
I have had very strong after contractions and found the sensations of everything moving downwards in my abdomen very uncomfortable.. made me feel quite sick. Did anyone else experience this?
I also wondered, today I have pain in my stomach and under my ribs (possibly my diagram) - they are tender to touch and the pain goes down to just above my belly button. Wondering if this is normal and part of everything moving? It's just weird because the way it feels is as though I've had a stomach bug or something... when I haven't!
