Super saggy breasts, is this normal?

Hi guys, I had my first born this June and since having him I have very saggy breasts. I used to be a size 14, 34 E breasts prior to pregnancy and I am now a size 16, 38 GG breasts! I wasn't able to breastfeed unfortunately dispite many attempts so I am really shocked at how much my breasts have changed. They really do sag quite low and have lost all the volume from the top. Another change I have noticed is that they have lost a lot of feeling, especially around the bottom of my breasts they have gone numb? Is that normal?

How have you all managed having saggy breasts after pregnancy? Especially larger ladies like myself what did you do, I am aware surgery might be my only option. I even went bra shopping at M&S and the fitting assistant only found me one bra that just about fit me right due to how large and saggy they are. This has really effected my mental health as I feel so uncomfortable in my own skin. Even lying on my back is super uncomfortable as they fall so low and just have no support/perkiness what do ever!
