Postpartum sweating

I’m 10 weeks postpartum and boiling hot all of the time. I was never a sweaty person so this is a new thing for me. Anyone else experienced this?

Yes and I ended up being diagnosed with postpartum thyrotoxicosis. It wasn’t normal for me and alongside elevated heart rate made me go to the drs.

Yes, my baby is almost 6 months now and I'm still sweating 😣. I feel like I can't regulate my temperature at all. My feet constantly sweat and it's disgusting.

I had the same with my first baby too. I don't think it had fully resolved by the time I got pregnant with my second.

I didn't really sweat before my pregnancies and certainly didn't have sweaty feet so it's infuriating.

I did and got diagnosed with hashimotos thyroid disease, brought on by the pregnancy

Speak to your doctor... make sure everything is OK blood pressure and thyroid wise, it is easy to "blame" having a baby", but get checked out to make absolutely sure that is what it is.

Have your thyroid checked out.

I’m nearly 8months pp and I’ve just made a GP appt for next week I can’t change a nappy or get dressed without dripping!
constantly out of breath I mean.. I put on nearly 4 stone in my pregnancy so they’ll probably mention my weight but I know this is not normal
and I had BP issues after my birth so I think I need a good check up.

I'm 7 weeks post birth and so sweaty all the time, definitely wasn't like this before pregnancy. We've got our 8 week check soon so assume its something I can mention to the Dr when I am there?
