Hi there

Looking for anyone that might have had a similar experience and be able to shine a light on what’s going on!

Had a planned C section 5 months ago and for the past 4 weeks seem to be suffering from an infection I can’t shake after a few rounds of antibiotics. No evidence externally that there is anything wrong other than discharge in the beginning plus my GP said my cervix was inflamed - that seems to have cleared up, but every time I finish antibiotics I end up getting tenderness around the scar and then other random tender areas in and around abdomen, dizziness, bloating, nausea.
Not getting v far with GP but feel like I’m not going to shake this! Anyone else had something similar and know if there’s a particular antibiotic or something?

Just checking in to see if everything settled and you're OK now?

Nope - sadly still have pain around the right side of my pelvis/waist. Hopefully going to see Bill Smith at Clinical Diagnostic services as heard he’s pretty good at getting to the bottom of things!
