Hello lovelies.

I have always had an over supply and since my little ones started weaning I’ve been having some issues with blocked ducts. I have managed to sort them out quickly and not been too fussed by them. A few days ago I assumed I had another one, done the usual but it didn’t help. I think I have a milk bleb, I’ve googled and tried things but nothing seems to be working.

Sore & sh*tty feeling mammy in need of suggestions.

treatment - gentle exfoliation. i found the gentlest was achieved using something like a mild glycolic solution (available supercheap in superdrug/boots etc) Just wipe on after showering, then wipe off before next feed. It thins the skin in that area and helps you release the bleb. Might need a couple of treatments

prevention - be more diligent about keeping nipples clean after feeding, change pads/bras several times a day. if you're prone to blebs like I was this is the only way :)
