Shoulder pain 7 months PP

Hi. So since I’ve had my DS I have been experiencing chest wall pain and left shoulder pain. I feel this side is the weaker side due to feeding on this side (bottle fed). I also lift the pram in and out of the car regularly etc yano the general mum lifting. Does anyone else have problems with their shoulder?
I have health anxiety. Having therapy for this, but can’t help thinking it’s something more serious. I am a nurse and have been exposed to very sad situations and I constantly think is it advanced cancer etc opposed to muscle strain.
I also get a tingle in the shoulder blade and even my left hand like its pinching a nerve.
My doctor just fobs me off and says it’s anxiety. :-( :-(

So glad you are getting therapy for your health anxiety @Mamaofboys5

I've not experienced this but hopefully someone will be along soon who can help Flowers

I had something similar, I lost all strength in my hands when I was breastfeeding my daughter, turns out I had rheumatoid arthritis. Got tablets and it sorted itself out, and now when I'm not breastfeeding anymore it's fine again.

I'm pregnant again so will be interesting to see if it happens again.

Oh my gosh I could have wrote this word for word I’m experiencing EXACTLY the same. I am putting it down to muscle strain !! My sister said she also had it after her children
have you been checked out yet ?

Have you got a trapped nerve in your shoulder or neck, if your gp isn't interested can you see someone at work instead as youre a nurse,
