Can periods start and then stop again, or am I pregnant?!

Hi all

My dd is 14m and still breastfeeding- she started sleeping through the night briefly and my period came back but then she got ill and I was feeding much more. I only had two periods and it’s stopped again. I’m a week late now.

Is this possible?

I forgot the most important part - I took a pregnancy test and it was negative
