Engorged breast

I couldn't find anything that would link this to a chat, so this is the best I found.

I'm still breastfeeding my 13.5 month old, but as I'm back at work it's only in the evenings. The past 2 days I've noticed my left breast is absolutely huge. I haven't brought my pump to work and I'm now worried I'm at risk of mastitis. I don't want to pump constantly, but when at work I assume that I would need to take some off. It's really painful. Is there anything I can do? I need to start weaning him off, but want to do this slowly.

Not sure if I've explained myself well enough, but just need some advise on what to do when I'm at work and how much do I need to pump during the day. I'm away from my LO from 8 until 5:30/6:00.

Many thanks! X
