Hi i had my 4th baby 5 weeks ago normal delivery my bleeding stoped around 3 weeks after birth yesterday had the smallest amount of pink blood on tissue then today like a yellow brown discharge like after a period and dull cramps top of my stomach high up under ny boobs in the middle of that makes any sense 😂🤦🏻♀️ Has any one else had this also dull ace in bottom of my back so thought could be period returning??
