Sensitive stomach after baby

I had DS2 10 weeks ago and ever since he was born I’ve had the most sensitive stomach. I used to be able to eat anything but now when I eat bread, pasta, fatty foods etc I get such a stomach ache and feel occasionally feel sick. I’ve also been suffering from a mix of loose stools, constipation and a lot of gas.
Is this normal for after having a baby? I don’t believe it happened after DS1.
I think I might get on to the doctor tomorrow but I’m struggling right now, I can’t have feel like this daily, it’s really starting to get to me so thought I’d ask here.
Any advice greatly appreciated Sad

I would definitely get checked out. I experienced similar after having DS and have since been diagnosed as coeliac. I think my symptoms were exacerbated postpartum to the point I really noticed it whereas they had been much milder previously I wrote it off as just being a bit run down.

@Clicheinaqashqai Why didn’t I think of that? Dm has a gluten intolerance and 2 of my other family members have coeliacs too.
And now I’m thinking about it bread has also been an issue in the past few years but I’ve always put it down to being a bit of a glutton.
Thanks for replying, I tried google and it was useless!
