I hear you! They seem to kick off if your breastfeed your baby and seem to get worse with each child! I've head them after all of my babies, vaginal delivery and c section. Means your tummy is going back down though!

After pains! Not a section thing, just a having a baby thing. And they tend to get worse with each successive baby unfortunately. They're actually probably less bad with a section, at least for the first baby, because you tend to get a long-lasting painkiller injection that covers the first few hours, Make sure you are staying on top of your pain medication!

Nothing is touching it, can't sleep or lay down

Pls tell me it stops soon? Delivered Monday morning

I promise it eventually goes away. Mine were terrible day 3,4 & 5. I expect you are feeling it more now as I imagine they may have reduced your pain meds now you are mobile, which in itself will make you cramp a bit more post c section.

Please ask a midwife for more pain relief if you can though, no need to suffer.

They were like torture for me with DC2. On a c section wound they’re particularly awful. They did get better in the few days after the section and then go away altogether. Huge sympathy!
