Cramps/heavy feeling 9 months post c section?

Hello,
Has anyone else had similar? Started yesterday, it's like a very heavy/pressure pain inside above my c section scar, I wouldn't say it's like a period pain though. It started yesterday afternoon and got worse lAter on, now it's happened again today

I meant to add that it's almost like an 'sod' type pain, whenever I take a step it hurts in that area?!
