Bit worried! So I'm breast feeding and I'm nearly 5 months in and I haven't had a period yet which is great, however I've just been to the toilet and passed a small blood clot and there was a small amount of blood on the tissue... a few weeks ago this happened and I thought my period must be coming back but it didn't! So now I'm worried? Can you sometimes have a small period bleed whilst breast feeding? Or should I get checked if no period follows this blood clot?
