Hiya, I'm new here. I'm trying to get some advice. I had my baby in December and was told to take iron pills, I did not due to bad Constipation with them. I got cuts on the corners of my mouth 2 weeks ago that still haven't healed completely and I started getting heart palpitations. Had my blood tested and it wasn't thyroid or low iron concerns. My iron levels was 40 not great but not really low. I've been taking iron since and it be consequently but the palpitations haven't been as bad. Doctor said I'm fine but still getting palpitations randomly. I'm also feeling quite tired but my baby sleeps through the night. I also noticed that during that time I had pain in the morning, inside when I peed. It seems to have gone now. And last thing I noticed is a possible scab or stitch came off my csection and it bled ever so slightly but now it's stopped the csection looks abit odd in the middle.
There's alot going on with no answers.

This screams B12 deficiency to me. Look up "Tracy witty B12" for a great trustworthy website. It's common after childbirth fir many reasons, not least that anaesthetics/gas & air badly affect B12 in the body & can wipe it out.

In my experience hospitals & way too many doctors are absolutely shite with this deficiency. Took me a decade to finally get diagnosis & treatment with B12 injections
