Postpartum body aches

I had a baby five weeks ago by C section, and I'm really struggling with feeling unwell most of the time. My body aches all over and feels really sensitive, like I'm on the edge of getting ill, and I'm also feeling headachy and fatigued. Is this normal? I know my body has been through an ordeal and maybe just needs time to recover, but I'd love to know if others have experienced this or whether it's something I should talk to a doctor about. I don't have a fever or chills or anything which would suggest actual illness, I just feel generally out of sorts and wondering how long it's likely to last.

@Hannahcats Hey. I'm 7 weeks post emergency section and my hips and lower back ache like never before. On an evening, when I go to stand up from the sofa I can barely walk for the first few steps. Also have a sore pulling stretching pain to the side of my wound, but my wound on the outside has completely closed over.
