Bleeding after sex

I'm nearly 4 months postpartum after having my first baby. My bleeding stopped after a few weeks and I had two periods (?) even though I am exclusively breastfeeding. This month I haven't had a period, but had a little pinkish residue a few times when I wiped. Last night I had sex and today there was a bit more blood. Has anyone else had this?

Also I went to the doctors about the periods and they confirmed that that's what they thought it was as I didn't think I would get them whilst EBF. Both times I had to take tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding as it was lasting over 2 weeks.
