I am looking for some advise if anyone has experienced the same ....

I had my little girl in January after an emergency creation- I was put under general anaesthetic as i was septic due to my only fallopian tube have a cyst on it, as a result the majority of the tube had to be removed.

In April my period returned, it was really light and only last a few days, I had nothing in May but in June it lasted for over 3.5 weeks however, was very light. Moving into July, August and September it was very light and only last a few days.
In October, I had sex and the day after started bleeding - this lasted for 4 weeks and since then I've had nothing.

I've done several pregnancy tests and they are all negative. I have been having period like pains in my stomach the last few weeks along with hot flushes during the day, night sweats, feeling really tired, headaches and nose bleeds.

I've called my GP but they everytime I call there is no appointments available. I'm little concerned and unsure if I should be pushing more for an appointment.
