Mid back pain? Six months postpartum (c section)

Hello,
Just wondered if anyone else has this? I have a very sore pain right in the middle of my back, feels like it's in my spine or in the muscles very close to it. I'm 6 months pp after my second baby, first c section. Don't know if c section makes any difference but I did read that your muscles aren't as supportive so can affect your back
It particularly hurts rolling over in the night or leaning forward when I sit down

Could be diastasis recti where your abs separated in pregnancy but didn't join back together afterwards (I have 3 finger gap). It means you can't use your core properly so a lot of the lifting you do goes into your back. Particularly now your baby is getting heavier and not mobile yet its likely to be more noticeable now! There's lots of videos showing how you can check for diastasis online, if you do have it I'd advise asking gp to refer you to physio to help x
