Migraines … help!

Sorry long post!

Since my daughter was about 7 months old I’ve been experiencing bad migraines probably twice a month that can go on from anything from 2-7 days. I also get a numb face / tinnitus/ vertigo / painful eyes / sensitive to noise and bad tension in the neck and shoulders. (The list is endless)

Could this be from carrying LO around? Anyone else had this? She is quite a lump. My doctor has told me just migraines and nothing to be concerned about and prescribed tablets. I feel like I’m going to get nowhere with them at my surgery ! If I’m honest I’m not taking the tablets aw I feel like I want to get to the route cause first.

They did tail off for about a month and a half when I tried not to carry her round as much and ate healthier etc but I’m not sure if this was just a coincidence. The past few weeks I have been extremely stressed and I feel like they have come back worse.

Any advice would be appreciated pleeease !
Thanks

*FYI I have posted this in the general health section also as im desperate! Grin

Lack of sleep can cause mine.

Don't underestimate how your body can be affected by not getting enough sleep.. Army training consists of the use of sleep deprivation..

@Leyla91 I had migraines, very bad ones, and an MRI scan is the next thing to do to just check things out. Good luck.
