Caesarean advice!

Hi Mumsnetters! How long did you wait between your c-sections before getting pregnant again? And would you have waited longer on retrospect/was it fine? Also what is the recovery and scar like after the first section? Grateful for advice!!

I waited 13 months after my CS before getting pregnant again, not due to the CS but more because my head didn't feel ready for another baby! The midwife told me they'd done a good job sewing it up and you can barely see the scar. It took me a few weeks to recover and feel more comfortable - tbh I took longer with my non CS to get back to normal! I've never had any problems with it even after a VBAC with my next baby.
