First period post c section?

I'm 4 months postpartum and think I'm having a 'phantom period' I'm EBF, definitely and symptoms of ovulation 2 weeks ago and now have all the period symptoms without the period! This is my second baby, which was a c section
How was your first period after c section, any worse than usual? I have terrible back pain

Congrats on the arrival of your LO. Mine was 5 1/2 months after my csection. DD was EBF. I had horrendous PMS and worse period pain than pre-baby but things began to settle down eventually.

I had my period 3 months PP and I formula feed.
I feel like I'm numb to the tummy pain now, in that I don't feel it anymore but I get the sore inner thigh I used to get! It's very weird
