Pain after running

I’m wondering if anyone can help or has experienced similar. I gave birth 13 weeks ago and was pretty fit when I fell pregnant (running a couple of times a week and teaching yoga daily). I stopped running when I found out I was pregnant as I’m not a confident runner but kept up yoga every day until the day I gave birth. Since then, I’ve done some gentle practice but nothing much. (My baby spent some time in NICU after birth so to be honest I’ve focused more on the mental recovery than physical).
This evening I felt the urge to go for my first run. I was surprised when out that I felt ok, and did a slow 4K. I felt fine when I got home but about 1.5 hours later my abs are agony. I feel like I’ve been kicked in the stomach, and even gently touching my stomach (e.g. when I was washing in the shower) causes a lot of pain. Is this normal given it’s the first time in a long time I’ve used these muscles, or have I potentially done some damage?
I should add I was checked by a core specialist at a mum&baby event locally a few weeks ago and she confirmed I didn’t have diastasis recti so I don’t think it’s that.
