Crippling loneliness

I am 10 weeks PP and I am so so delighted to be a mum and wouldnt change it for the world!
One thing I am struggling with is the loneliness - I don't think it's PND I have a DH too and I do have friends but being a new mum just seems so lonely, even though I do keep busy and I do see some friends during the week and sometimes weekends.
Does anybody else feel like this?

Yes with my first not with my second. With my first I had a full time job in a busy office where I saw people all the time and had an evening social life after work plus gym etc.

Then baby arrives and you are home alone (partner out the house 7 till 6 (commute to London).

When the baby was still young such as yours I did feel like the walls were closing in if I stayed at home too much. Again I didn't think it was pnd.

I kept busy and as the baby got older maybe I had adjusted as well and got used to the new way of life.

Sorry no advice other than go to coffee mornings, groups etc. I used mush to meet other local mums. But not alone in how you are feeling
