Period type pain after inter course? 15 weeks post c section

Last night my husband & I had intercourse for the second time since my c section 15 weeks ago - today I have quite dull period type pains in my back (where I usually get them) I'm EBF so I don't think my period is coming back - could intercourses cause this?! Anyone had similar? X
