Hi, so I had my third baby 6 weeks ago tomorrow. I had a pretty fast straight forward labour but had to have Dr remove blood clots by hand and was told to watch for heavy bleeding or clots after I left the hospital.
My PP bleeding was more or less spotting up until Tuesday where I started heavy bright red bleeding. I'm not soaking a pad every few hours or anything but have had soaked through to my pjs a couple of times. I've been on the pill since the day after I had DD and thought it might be first period but it hasn't changed to brown and I don't have any cramps/sore boobs etc. Any advice?
