I just feel so, so low and I don't know where to turn. Can anyone help? My baby is almost 5 months and I just don't feel like I can cope. 😥

Hugs.
Have you seen a GP? That's the best thing you can do, or talk to your health visitor. My baby is 5 months old but my PND kicked in around 6 weeks, I was a mess and ended up in hospital. After some much needed mental health support and some medication I'm doing a lot better now and am able to care for myself and my children
Is your husband / partner supportive? Are you getting enough sleep? X

PND is awful Flowers I foundnit just crept in without me realising. I left it way too long before getting help and regret that now.

Honestly I would give your GP and HV a call in the morning and be totally honest with them. I can guarantee they have heard it all before, won't be shocked or judge, and will want to help.you to get better.
Best wishes xx

There's a charity called https://pandasfoundation.org.uk/ which helps mums who are struggling with PND. There's a helpline open every day, hopefully that link works.

Do you have any support at the moment? A partner or any friends or family nearby? Telling people how you're feeling is the first step.

Hang on in there, lots of us have been where you are (and come out the other side).

I had a bad time after baby 1. So regretted having a baby, felt awful. I tried antidepressants but felt worse. I had some counselling though, which I know is harder to find now. When you're in the middle of it it doesn't help to hear that it will pass. I didn't mind being exhausted if it had been at all fun but it wasn't. Then suddenly it was and just got better and better.
I think I was an unsettled, anxious person anyway and it tipped me over. Sleep was a big issue too.
