Neck & upper back pain?!

Could this be related to posfpartum recovery?
The last few weeks I've had headaches radiating from the back of my neck, with upper back pain too. Don't know it it's related to my postpartum recovery or bad posture?! Anyone else have this?

I had it - it was from expressing in my case. I am small of boob and had to hunch to get the milk to flow. A few years on and my back has never recovered.

Oh no, sorry to hear you had the same :( I think mine might be also from breastfeeding. Did you have headaches too?

Do you bend over while breastfeeding? I eventually realised I was doing this as it hurt so much I sort of hunched over!

I didn't have headaches - just lots of neck and shoulder pain.

Go to an osteopath or for a massage, should sort it out.
